Vice President of Sales
Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York
We are looking for:
- A market maker who can create and manage a pipeline to bring high value deals to a close
- At least 10 years of experience, primarily in digital media content and/or sports partnerships, media sales or enterprise software sales to media companies
- A robust rolodex and intimate knowledge of who owns what digital video rights and how they run their business
- A strategic thinker that can operate tactically without overhead
- An executive who will work with the team and our customers to communicate the value of our offering, structure profitable deals that scale with the business and stick around to ensure we deliver and keep customers happy.
You should:
- Have extensive experience in executing business development and sales deals including creating pitch materials, negotiating favorable deal terms and executing contractual documents
- Have experience in selling digital media or enterprise software targeted at media clients and putting together revenue generating deals.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience creating successful new businesses at early stage firms.
- A law degree or an MBA

ActionScript / HTML5 Video Player Engineer
Location: San Francisco
What you need

- Have a CS degree or equivalent
- Have an eye for consumer product design.
Experience
- 5+ years (10 ideal) of experience as a software engineer
- ActionScript guru
- Should have developed complex ActionScript (not Flex) application that includes video and animated ui
- Object Oriented Design
- HTML5 video experience
- HTML +JS + CSS, how to make the front end look and work well
- Jquery
It would be great if you have:
- Some experience with Rails 3 + Ruby 1.9.2+
- Backbone experience
- Flash experience
- Video transcoding, live streaming, etc. experience
